1. Is it possible to place one order for siblings at the same time?

Yes! Click under the access code login on "Did you get another access code?". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will see all available photos. You can combine your orders and save on shipping costs.

2. Where can I see the status of my order?

The easiest way is to click the link in your order confirmation email. Alternatively you can log in with your password and email address you received by email. The order details can be found then under "My Account".

3. How long does the delivery take?

Orders being delivered directly to your home will usually take 7 to 10 business days. Delivery may also depend on the type of products being ordered, gift items may take slightly longer. Preorders applying for free delivery to school are processed as batch 5-10 business days after the deadline, and will be handed out by the teachers. 

4. Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?

Of course! The watermark is only used to protect against illegal downloads.

5. What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We are committed to offer only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality with your photo products do not hesitate to get in touch. We are committed to your satisfaction.

6. Can I adjust the crop?

Yes, in the cart you have the chance to adjust your crop. Click the print you wish to adjust, if you shrink the image section an enlargement of the respective area is created. Look for the cropping notes on the right that indicate to you whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.

7. I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?

At the top of the page, select if you would like to purchase Packages or Individual Products. If you are interested in our package selection click on the one you would like to purchase and proceed to choose a photo to fulfill your package, and click "Add to Cart". If you're interested in individual products, click the photo you like, then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to Cart". When you have all the photos/packages you like on your shopping basket, click the cart at the top right of your screen and follow the instructions.
